When
possible, Ceres Policy Research incorporates
participant-led creative projects into their evaluation design.
Projects have included student-led newsletter projects as
well as digital video projects.
Ceres Policy Research teaches youth participants how to develop interview protocols, and
then audio- or video tape interviews and classes or events. We then
guide participants to complete a product such as a newsletter
or video that reflects the youth perspective
on the project. In this way, participants complete their own
evaluation of a project in their own words.
These completed
projects become documents that can be coded and analyzed
by Ceres Policy Research as part of the formal
evaluation. |
