When possible, Ceres Policy Research endeavors to conduct observations at program sites. Observations include participation in administrative meetings as well as observations of classes or program events. The purpose of these observations is to develop an objective opinion of how the programs are being developed and implemented. The researchers take thorough field notes at each observation. These notes are later systematically coded and analyzed.
