Ceres Policy Research monitored the Your Future Is Our Business Workforce Investment Act (WIA) subcontract to the City of Watsonville for the 2003-4 contract year. This contract monitoring process is required by the Workforce Investment Act and the Workforce Investment Board of Santa Cruz County. The monitoring process determines whether subcontractors are meeting the scope of work, fiscal, and administrative requirements outlined in their contract.
