The Triangle Speakers organize speaker panels to teach local high schools, churches, and other organizations about issues concerning the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community in Santa Cruz County. Ceres Policy Research completed a program evaluation of the speaker panels. To meet the needs of this organization, we designed an evaluation that included the development of a logic model, a high school student survey, as well as focus groups with Triangle Speaker panelists, LGBTQ community leaders, and Triangle Speaker board members.
