Workforce Investment Act Contract Monitoring
Ceres Policy Research monitored the Barrios Unidos Workforce Investment Act (WIA) subcontract to the CareerWorks Division of the Human Resources Agency in Santa Cruz County for the 2003-4 and 2004-5 contract years. This contract monitoring process is required by the Workforce Investment Act and the Workforce Investment Board of Santa Cruz County.
