Evaluation Redesign and Interim Program Evaluation of HOME/BASE

Funded by the Stuart Foundation, BASE Charter High School and the HOME youth development program evaluated their student outcomes over three years. BASE and HOME provided a unique research environment because both programs are co-led by youth and adults.

Acting as lead qualitative and quantitative evaluator for six months, Ceres Policy Research helped to redesign their initial evaluation, provided a suggested revised logic model, and completed a report on their interim findings.
