Youth Education Scholarship (YES) Program Evaluation

The Youth Education Scholarship (YES) is a scholarship for emancipated foster youth attending junior college, college, or graduate school.  YES also provides links to support services for their scholars.  Ceres Policy Research completed an evaluation of the scholarship program.  Our evaluation design included the development of a logic model, a survey of current scholars, and focus groups with current scholars.
